About the Consumer Engagement Lead (FMCG) Role:
This role will be responsible for supporting categories in brand building objectives by implementing excellent personalised consumer experiences across all contact points and through community management, with the operations teams in markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely and proactively with categories and brands to define new service opportunities and tools
• Collaborate with category digital specialists on building social media strategy
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet qualitative and quantitative KPIs across brands and categories
• Leverage the voice of the consumer to make actionable recommendations to brands and categories

To succeed in this Consumer Engagement Lead (FMCG) role, you must have a proven experience in managing crisis and leading teams preferably from FMCG or telco industry.

Key Requirements:

• Three to five years' experience in marketing and two years in other function ideally in marketing, business operations, customer service, and/or crisis management
• Experienced and knowledgeable on the category
• Strong understanding of digital and e-commerce landscape, including technology stack
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experienced in budget management
