About the Quality Assurance Specialist (Animal Healthcare) Role:
The Quality Assurance Specialist (Animal Healthcare) works to ensure that all products and product-related services of the brand adhere to the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate product registration for product releases to ensure that regulations are followed
• Be responsible for the finished goods release products before they are commercialised
• Assist in handling product complaints (covering investigation to implementation of action plan)
• Provide quality oversight to third party distributors, QA/technical support for temperature mapping and packing transport studies for products
• Conduct training as necessary on implementation of quality systems
• Assist global auditors with the Quality Systems audit of third-party manufacturers and distributors, and prepares SOPs as needed
• Help in developing raw and packaging material sourcing and can manage the Quality Agreement of the contractors and suppliers
• Provide quality oversight for stickering activities at accredited third-party manufacturer

To succeed in this Quality Assurance Specialist (Animal Healthcare) role you must have two or more years of experience in QA work preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or other allied professions
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with SAP systems is highly preferred but not fully required
