A Marketing Administrator job opportunity has arisen to be part of our growing marketing team. This is a broad and varied role suited to any individual who has extensive administrative experience, thrived in a fast-paced environment, and has a diverse skill set to balance all aspects of the role, from managing the team calendars to reporting to troubleshooting of our job posting system.
About the Marketing Administrator Role: This role will be supporting both marketing teams based in South East Asia (SEA) and Greater China (GCN) including HongKong, reporting to the Marketing Director SEA & GCN (based in Singapore).
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting SEA & GCN Marketing Director
Handle day-to-day diary management and inbox management
Organise team/project calls
Manage ad hoc reports and updates on marketing task completion
Source assets/data and creating/formatting regional PowerPoint presentations
Handle expenses management and international travel planning (flights, hotels, visa, etc.)
Assisting SEA and GCN local marketing teams
Raise purchase orders and invoices management to make sure suppliers are being paid on time to maintain good working relationships
Keep track of various contract renewal deadlines and follow up with relevant teams on renewal procedure.
Create new accounts for new joiners and troubleshooting on our candidate management system
Create marketing lists of contacts from our reporting system
Reply to Google Reviews
Produce monthly reports (job board/CV database usage/ROI, ad solution sales)
Update public relations trackers
Manage simple image/video editing to support urgent needs that the design team cannot support
Manage ad hoc support on mailer creation or website updates
Key Requirements:
At least three years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders across the region
Full proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
Confidence in presenting ideas and point of views internally
Hands-on approach to work, energy, drive and positive attitude, as well as organisational skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow up skills and demonstrate pro-activeness in managing and executing tasks with the ability to work under tight timelines
Exceptional MS Office skills/some knowledge of Adobe is a plus
