About the Regional Assistant Product Manager Role:
The Regional Assistant Product Manager is responsible for managing the product life cycle and identify relevant market, touchpoints, business and customer dynamics (through the use of various data, researches and insighting tools) in the creation of go-to-market plans in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand vision, short/long-term growth strategies and architecture, and identify new ideas, areas for improvement, or alternative solutions
• Ensure sustainable business growth and strengthening of brand equity over time
• Manage commercialisation of new solutions for the core business, including post-launch reviews, if necessary
• Develop market and customer understanding in the region through regular and proactive engagements with local customers, accounts and area partners as input to regional strategies and plans. Create and maintain productive and beneficial network in the area (trade accounts, local media stations, suppliers and others)

To succeed in this Regional Assistant Product Manager role, you will need to have exposure in regionalising mainstream brands.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years of solid brand management/marketing experience preferably from pharmaceuticals, FMCG, telco, fintech/e-commerce
• Must have passion for brand development, digital, activation and strategy; with intermediate understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce including media placements, creatives development and KPI measurement
• Experience with local/regional (PH) marketing is a plus
• Enjoys and is willing to travel regularly in and around Luzon area (even VisMin at times)
