What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager/Head, you will be at the forefront of developing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives. You will stay updated on industry trends to inform your strategies, using project management tools to ensure smooth implementation. Your role will also involve developing an integrated Marketing Calendar for Product and Branding that aligns with Sales/Trade/Consumer activities. You will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the department, including staffing resources and capital purchases.
- Develop and implement research initiatives to identify market gaps & opportunities
- Establish and effectively manage the Marketing Ad & PR budget
- Lead product activities including 360 Product Launches, Pricing Strategy, Forecasting and Inventory Management, Product Line Management, Product Registration
- Lead the innovation and development of new products/product enhancement based on research, market insights and trends, and consumer needs
- Develop the Branding Strategy and Campaigns to establish brand building and awareness
- Collaborate with other departments in the implementation, monitoring, support, and analysis of projects
