About the Boutique Manager (Luxury Retail) Role:
You will be working for a top luxury retail brand as a Boutique Manager. You will be responsible for achieving the sales and profit goals in your store by creating a plan to deliver a great customer experience in line with the Area. You will be building a great team and you will be supporting its development in line with the brand's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique
• Maintain the stock level to be enough for supporting the business
• Coordinate retail activities with internal departments including merchandising, visual merchandising, client development in order to synergise the needs of all departments for achieving common corporate objectives
• Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store comply with brand standards
• Implement and monitor the daily work schedule for optimising boutique resources
• Guarantee all the internal procedures and guidelines are in line with brand requirements
• Regularly update boutique status and prepare necessary reports for the management
