What you'll do:
As a Beauty Consultant, your primary role will be to act as an ambassador for the brand. You will engage with customers both in-store and remotely, understanding their needs and offering personalised product recommendations. Your passion for the brand will shine through as you educate clients about the products, contributing to achieving monthly sales targets. Building strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for various operational tasks including monitoring stock levels and carrying out administrative duties.

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for clients
  • Initiate contact with customers, identifying their needs and proposing personalised product offers
  • Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, educating clients on their benefits
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to counter Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop durable relationships with existing clients, engaging new ones through genuine human interaction
  • Perform all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, leveraging content and tools to drive traffic and develop client loyalty
  • Monitor stock levels regularly, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained at all times
  • Carry out assigned operational and administrative tasks, maintaining good relationships with retailers


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Beauty Consultant role brings a wealth of experience from the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury sector. Has demonstrated their ability to excel in retail results within a luxury environment. Their selling skills are top-notch, and communicates effectively in English. They are a team player who builds strong relationships with clients, identifying and responding to their needs. Despite challenging circumstances, they remain high-energy and consistently achieves results. Thier adaptability allows them to rebound from setbacks and face difficult situations head-on.

  • Previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury sector
  • Proven track record of excelling retail results within a luxury retail environment
  • Experience in selling/selling skills within a luxury environment
  • Good writing and communication skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, identifying and responding to their needs
  • High energy individual who consistently achieves results even under tough circumstances
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Adaptable individual who rebounds from setbacks when facing difficult situations
