An exciting Client Services Manager job has just become available at one of the fastest rising digital companies in the Philippines.

About the Client Services Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will serve as the account holder and first level of case escalations. You will build relationships with clients and act as their guild and advocate in every interaction with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients. Guarantee quick response time to client’s queries (within 24 hours of email receipt or a same-day callback - second level POC for case-related queries or concerns, first level for escalation)
  • Facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly contractual meets with clients to discuss performance results. Manage performance summary reportorial requirements of clients
  • Ensure client needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increase profitability. Provide high-level updates to client on process initiatives/SLA management
  • Provide high-level action planning with client feedback provided through the monthly traffic light survey
  • Resolve customer service issues, streamline business operations and provide support and product training (CSPi – Client Inbox)
  • Work with clients to resolve delivery issues and coordinate strategic communication with them
  • Provide forecasts with regards to incoming workload (based on historical proportions and client input)

To succeed in this Client Services Manager role, you will need to have experience in the respective field. You must also be knowledgeable in end-to-end online solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills (adept in data mining, analysis, and presentation)
  • Good business acumen on the company’s operations and services
  • Must have good planning and organisational skills
  • Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written), negotiation/influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all level of the organisation
  • Must have strong problem-solving and follow-through skills and be able to work independently, interact with various levels of management
