About the Sales Manager (Travel Retail) Role:
The Sales Manager (Travel Retail) will be responsible for the achievement of the company goals, including sales targets, product mix, development of customer base and industry spread through a close, open and constructive management of the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish new and maintain retailers in the travel retail segment in Philippines
• Establish new and maintain domestic retailers (departmental stores, bookstores, supermarket)
• Provide direction and support to retailers
• Liaise closely with travel retailers to maximise coverage and distribution in both domestic and international airports in Philippines
• Spearhead sales operations and implement improvements to achieve overall sales objectives
• Adept and highly competent in negotiating with Key accounts
• Account for the Philippines market P&L

To succeed in this Sales Manager (Travel Retail) role, you will need to have an experience in sales and marketing business development.

Key Requirements:

• Degree from relevant background
• Minimum of five years of experiences in sales and business development, preferably in the travel retail industry, consumer or luxury goods industry
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
