About the Senior Sales Engineer Role:
As the Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales for Philippines both for the B2B and B2C market across different industries for this international electric company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development – grow the business by bringing in new clients from different industries for both B2B and B2C market
• Account management – maintain good relationships with existing clients/partners/distributors
• Develop new business opportunities within existing clients
• Product marketing – market company products through product presentations and demonstrations to clients
• Provide techno-commercial solutions to fulfil the needs of the clients
• Analyse costs and sales and negotiate tenders, contract terms and conditions prior to closing sales to meet the needs of both client and company
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, including providing assistance to team members and other colleagues
• Be the key person in liaising with clients and all relevant parties whether internal or external to resolve project issues including engineers, developers and consultant to obtain latest market or project information.

To succeed in this Senior Sales Engineer role, you must have strong sales experience in selling medium-voltage and other electrical and/or power-energy saving automation products (i.e. wires, cables, panel boards, switchboards)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably electrical/electronics engineering
• At least five years of solid experience in same industry (power/energy/automation)
• Results-driven and possesses initiative to organise work independently
• Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills
• Willing to travel frequently
