As the District Sales Manager (South Luzon), you will be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the key clients within food manufacturing and/or food retail (QSR) market and drive the team of corporate account managers to keep the revenue running for this chemical multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and retail operations
• Strategic sales plan and management
• Drive corporate account managers to achieve their sales target, metric and goals.
• Business development

To succeed in this District Sales Manager (South Luzon) role, you must have proven sales and operations experience, people management experience, strong and solid network within food manufacturing and/or food retail (QSR) industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least four to five years of sales and operations management experience in corporation setting
• Proven track record of success for the sales cycle from plan to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• High learning agility
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
• Good at Excel
