About the Area Sales Manager - Optical Lens Role:
The role is responsible for executing, developing, and taking an enthusiastic lead role in expanding and accelerating the growth of optical lens business in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design of sales and marketing policies, plans and procedures that will secure maximum profitable sales volume for the business
• Communicate the business strategy to your team and ensure each individual is aware how their role contributes to the overall success of the business
• Drive sales force excellence based on agreed KPIs
• Assist the team and plans the use of resources in medium and long term in order to achieve sales targets
• Recommend promotion and advertising programmes; scope participation in any congress/conferences
• Be fully aware of market trends, competitor environment and make strategic recommendations
• Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure all field force marketing needs are met

To succeed in this Area Sales Manager - Optical Lens role, you will need to have a vast experience in the field of selling optometry and optalmology products.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in nursing, business management major or any related on the said field
• Assist the sales team to proactively target competitive opportunities in order to deliver growth and increase market penetration in the lens category
• Willing to spend between 60 and 75% of their time in the field
• Comfortable liaising and influencing key opinion leaders (KOL) in optometry and ophthalmology
• At least two years of related work experience in the same industry
