Sales and Admin Specialist (FMCG)

An exciting Sales and Admin Specialist (FMCG) job opportunity has become available at an international FMCG company here in the Philippines.

About the Sales and Admin Specialist (FMCG) Role:
The Sales and Admin Specialist supports the Business Manager in customer order processing, checks the accuracy of pricing, and ensures prompt delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assures compliance on requirements for the assigned account and customer engagement
• Implementation of administrative activities, such as securing to meet the timeline, uploading PO’s, creating orders, ensuring necessary permits and coordination with all department (supply chain, finance and demand planner)
• Promote the company's range of products to customers through trial/conversion
• Generate customer leads for the company’s product promotion
• Manage sales related duties and after sales service as support to the company and its distributor
• Other work-related duties as deemed necessary by the company
• Report directly to the company’s Business Manager

To succeed in this Sales and Admin Specialist (FMCG) role, you will need to at least three years of experience in sales and admin, preferably from the food service industry.

Key Requirements:

• Computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate well (written and spoken) in English
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the development of the company
• Ability to work under pressure
• Food service knowledge and sales experience is an added advantage
• Preferably a diploma or a degree holder
