About the Senior Specialist, Sales Support Role:
The Senior Specialist, Sales Support is responsible for formulating long term and short-term strategies and planning for sales training, education, and events to maximise earning opportunities and drive a profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and monitors reports reflecting sales and recruiting results to propose follow up actions and realign sales plan
• Oversee sales support function, responsible for sales education strategies, design programmes and platforms
• Conducts training need analysis (TNA) for independent consultants and sales force leaders
• Manage negotiation of costs versus budget for all major company sales events
• Oversee the event team (sales supports and project-based staff) while implementing and tracking the procedures for all handled events
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure integrated sales and marketing programmes

To succeed in the Senior Specialist, Sales Support role, you will need to have experience in sales support, events management and has background on developing training modules.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business and other related course
• Preferably three to five years' experience in designing and conducting sales training programmes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and readiness to travel
