Technical Sales and Service Engineer

About the Technical Sales and Service Engineer Role:
As a Technical Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical sales support of this international company of electroplating products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product marketing and customer technical from the semicon industry
• Sell electroplating products to semicon companies
• Explore printed circuits board (PCB), semiconductor, wafer (including functional electronic coatings) business's potential local market
• Provide support both for PH and Singapore office
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to the global product team or key account manager for further development
• Update customers about the company's latest product and technology by organising product presentation and training to customers
• Work closely with the customer service team to control products inventory by providing accurate sales forecast

To succeed in this Technical Sales and Service Engineer role, you must be a chemical engineering graduate or a chemist from a manufacturing company of chemical products catering to semiconductor industry. Having knowledge and/or experience in electroplating or PCB circuits is an advantage and highly preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in chemical engineering
• At least three to five years of experience selling cleaning solutions, electroplating or PCB circuits for the semiconductor industry and/or electronics companies
• Understanding of electrolytic or electroless plating is an advantage
• Also open to chemists or researchers who would like to try or shift to sales
• Strong network within the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Customer focused with strong technical, negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to work on-field
