About the Sales Manager (Building Automation System) Role:
In this Sales Manager (Building Automation System) role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the building automation sales team to plan, organise, and control selling operations of the company’s product portfolio and possible solutions to their clients within construction industry for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning – expand company’s customer base and ensure strong company presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- People management
- Pipeline and forecasting
To succeed in this Sales Manager (Building Automation) role, you will need to have a strong network and connection within construction industry (from contractors, developers to engineers). Experience with building automation systems is a major plus.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering)
- At least 8 - 10 years of sales experience in building automation or other related industry such as system integrators, EPC among others
- Strong network and connection with different businesses and decision makers within construction industry (from contractors, developers to engineers)
- Proven track record in consistently achieving targets
