About the Technical Manager (Construction) Role:
In this Technical Manager (Construction) role, you will be responsible for leading the technical team for all technical bids and product sample submissions for different projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
• Coordinate with team members, management, and customers to ensure projects are delivered within the timeline
• Ensure correctness of product fit for all projects (100% order accuracy) and on-time submission of quotations and drawings to customers
• Manage technical bidding and product sample submissions
• Manage risk management and create contingency plans (if necessary)
• Conduct technical trainings and technical presentations with the Account Managers

To succeed in this Technical Manager (Construction) role, you must have a strong technical experience in construction industry particularly, bathroom fixtures or other related construction material products.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering)
• At least five years of solid experience in a technical leadership role for the construction industry
• Strong technical experience in the construction industry particularly in bathroom fixtures or other related construction material products
• Proven track record in leading a team
