An exciting Regional Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment) job has just become available at one of the most respected industrial companies based in Philippines. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a role for a sales and business development professional who is a leader in their field.

About the Regional Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment) Role:
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality customer service and sustainable business results for product ranges to maximise its leadership position and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage sales team in responsible area, coordinate with service and finance
  • Manage branch in the region responsible, including site selecting, management
  • Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system
  • Develop marketing strategies in local markets
  • Be responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationship with clients
  • Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders
  • Collect project information and promote sales, analyse competitor information
  • Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets
  • Support financing and collection work
  • Support marketing team to organise offline events

To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

  • College degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, marketing or relevant
  • Familiar with local market, construction machinery knowledge of priority or heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Arial Work Machinery, Mining etc.
  • More than five years’ experience in selling heavy machinery or similar products
