About the Distributor Manager (VisMin) Role:
In this business critical role, as a Distributor Manager (VisMin) you will be responsible for driving growth via distributor management of Mindanao area and for developing new business opportunities in Mindanao and Visayas by exploring new distribution channels for the consumer market particularly for the baking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor management for Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin), mainly for the Mindanao area
• Business development through growing distributorship
• Manage and grow the trade network of existing distributors in Mindanao (reseller and end users)
• Manage technical sales activities
• People management

To succeed in this Distributor Manager (VisMin) role, you will need to have strong experience in distributor management particularly in the food ingredients industry specifically in the Mindanao and/or Visayas area.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business or food technology or any other related field
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and distributor management for food ingredients/raw materials industry particularly baking
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in consistently achieving targets
• Loves working on-field
• Being a “foodie” is a plus, someone who knows how to bake
