About the Strategic Key Accounts Manager (PHARMA - Drugstore Channel) Role:
The successful candidate will be in-charge of business development and strategic partnerships with existing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the sales process across the sales funnel, including developing sales forecast and tracking customer segment performance
- Drive growth across key account portfolios to a multi-distributor business model strategy
- Proactively engage existing and potential key customers account to develop and maintain strategic relationships
- Timely development of initiatives aligned with overall organisational strategy to drive growth opportunities
- Successfully attain Accounts specific KPIs
- Establish a culture of ongoing and constructive feedback and continuous improvement
To be successful with your application for the Strategic Key Accounts Manager (PHARMA - Drugstore Channel), you will need a strong network and experience in growing the Drugstore Channels.
Key Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience in a key account management role within the healthcare industry
- Established relationships with stakeholders of key accounts specifically national chains and main sub-distributors
- Actual experience with directly managing and liaising with key account stakeholders
- Worked in the following areas in a key-account role: medical device, ethical pharmaceuticals, branded generics, OTC/food supplements, cosmetics
