A National Sales Manager (Medical Device) job has become available at one of the fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution companies in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of national sales based on assigned Orthopaedic Specialists/Surgeons and key accounts (Philippine Orthopaedic Association, Dispensing Physician and In-Office Services, Industrial Outlets, Private/Government Hospitals and Accounts, Wholesalers and Sub-Distributors)
- Oversee the top-to-top engagement and business reviews for assigned Orthopaedic Specialists/Surgeons and key account stakeholders
- Stay abreast of trends within the defined channel landscape related to pricing, partnerships, business deals, etc., which may impact commercial agreements with the key accounts
- Develop and manage account level targets including trading terms programme, discount optimisation and trade programme negotiation/pipeline
To succeed in this National Sales Manager (Medical Device) role, you will need a strong background in general management and acquisition of new product lines under medical devices.
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 year's experience in a key account management role within the healthcare industry, focusing on medical device trade/retail accounts
- Established relationships with stakeholders of key accounts specifically national chains and main sub-distributor
- Worked in the following areas in a key-account role: medical device, ethical pharmaceuticals, branded generics, OTC/food supplements, cosmetics
- Must possess these qualities: grit, desire to learn, thrive in ambiguity, collaboration, diversity and passion
