About the Sales Manager (Esports) Role:
The Sales Manager (Esports) is responsible for management and supervision of sales activities of the brand in the Asian market. This is a division leadership role and duties will include meeting targets, building and maintaining relationships while understanding current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train regional sales team members who can meet or exceed targets
• Develop and maintain good relationships with accounts
• Communicate current market conditions, recommend improvements to the commercial process, and contribute to the company's overall strategic execution
• Report on factors that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
• Analyse and report campaign results to clients
• Utilise campaign data to build solid recommendations for new campaigns and/or products
• Assist in building a sales team to increase pressure in the market and to support sales initiative

To succeed in this role, you must good analytical and presentation skills.
