What you'll do:

As a Remote Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by conducting outreach to potential clients. You will be accountable for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies. Your success in this role will be gauged by your ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into actionable opportunities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead information
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Remote Sales Development Representative role will bring substantial experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is essential, as is experience using sales outreach platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Above all else, we are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
