A well‑established organisation is seeking a Sales Manager who will spearhead national sales performance, elevate market presence, and lead critical commercial initiatives within the aesthetics segment.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive nationwide sales strategies and oversee day‑to‑day execution to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and strong customer engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders
  • Analyse sales performance, market dynamics, and customer insights to refine territory plans and optimise sales execution
  • Oversee field operations, ensuring effective CRM utilisation, pipeline management, and consistent implementation of sales programs
  • Ensure sufficient product stock and availability across clinics, hospitals, and relevant partners
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations to align on initiatives, educational activities, and commercial messaging
  • Support and participate in workshops, conventions, and training events that promote product adoption and brand presence
  • Deliver regular business performance reviews with insights and strategic recommendations
  • Uphold compliance standards by adhering to internal policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or aesthetics sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering strong commercial results
  • Solid understanding of the aesthetics sector and clinical selling environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • Strong commercial insight, including experience in territory management and customer segmentation
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals and key influencers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast‑moving, dynamic business environment
  • A results‑driven, agile, and accountable approach to leadership
