Key Account Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive strategic account development, strengthen partnerships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals, and deliver commercial growth within the injectables and aesthetics segment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow key aesthetic accounts, ensuring achievement of sales targets, channel objectives, and profitability goals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clinics, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers across identified accounts
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer structures, business drivers, and operational needs to develop tailored account plans
  • Analyse sales performance, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy and optimise account development
  • Influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes within key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to support programs, resolve issues, and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and deliver value-driven proposals, partnership frameworks, and cross-disciplinary solutions
  • Support sales teams through coaching, insight sharing, and alignment on account strategy
  • Lead project management initiatives to drive execution across portfolios, services, and digital solutions
  • Ensure account profitability by managing trade spend, monitoring P&L performance, and ensuring effective resource deployment
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the aesthetics market, product portfolio, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of key account management or sales experience within the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, sales forecasting, and account profitability
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid project management capabilities with a structured, process-oriented approach
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to listen deeply and understand evolving needs
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration
  • High level of organisation, accountability, and results orientation
