About the Portfolio and Analytics Manager Role:
As a Portfolio and Analytics Manager, you will have a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to evaluate portfolio quality and understand the primary factors of emerging portfolio trends. Additionally, you must conduct an in-depth portfolio dive and segmentation analysis to find opportunities for growth and improvement of portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct portfolio actions by identifying appropriate parameters and analysing historical performance to find suitable criteria that will enhance business growth and/or improve portfolio quality and profitability
• Propose test programmes and other strategies that can boost credit productivity, approval rates, and acquisition quality
• Develop collections strategies through comprehensive data analysis of portfolio delinquency and flow rates, curing, and collections productivity
• Perform portfolio deep dives, credit quality monitoring and other analysis to support other business units
• Recommend process improvements that streamline the efficiency and timeliness of tasks executed by the Data Science and Analytics team

To succeed in this Portfolio and Analytics role, you must ensure the accuracy of data used in the analysis and offer data-driven solutions/recommendations. Likewise, you must conduct and deliver tasks that will contribute positively to both departmental and country key performance Indicators.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or any bachelor's degree
• Minimum of five years' experience in an analytics role, modelling or data science in banking or fintech
• Knowledge of programming language (R, Python, SQL, SAS) or any statistical tools
• Stakeholder and project management
