Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join their IT Data and Analytics department. This role will be pivotal in defining enterprise data and data architecture, producing data models, and transforming data to support analytics and reporting needs across all applications.
What you'll do:
As a Data Scientist, your role will be crucial in the development of new models and the continuous enhancement of existing ones. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build predictive models that solve business problems. Your expertise in adapting Generative AI tools for specific business use cases will be highly valued.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, deep learning, optimization etc.
- Adapt Generative AI tools and large language models for specific business use cases.
- Develop frameworks and pipeline for model performance metrics and business KPIs.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to generate meaningful features from existing data sources or seek out new ones as necessary.
- Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI use cases.
- Contribute to AI governance by building models and monitoring tools that adhere to AI governance policies.
- Implement and maintain a robust feedback loop for continuous model improvement.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for various applications focusing on end-user engagement.
What you bring:
As a Data Scientist, you bring proven experience in deploying machine learning models into a production environment. Your strong proficiency in Python, Spark, Docker, SQL, Postgres, and database management systems sets you apart. Experience in NLP or Generative AI tools would be a significant advantage.
