Our client is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join their IT Data and Analytics department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be accountable for the end-to-end technical deliverables of Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), or AI projects.
What you'll do:
As a Delivery Manager in our client's IT Data and Analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their MDM, BI, EDP, or AI projects. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in managing end-to-end delivery of these projects within approved schedules and budget commitments.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects within scope, approved project schedule and budget commitments
- Adhere to the company's SDLC processes across Service Definition, Service Build, and Service Management
- Assist in prioritisation of Data & Analytics Projects as part of the business planning/demand planning cycle
- Develop, maintain, track and report to project stakeholders on realistic project schedules and budgets
- Provide visibility on the project status to all relevant stakeholders at agreed frequencies and timings
- Monitor and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the project team and establish ways of working to ensure common understanding and alignment

- Strong understanding of IT’s technical side (systems, configuration, deployment, SDLC life cycle), infrastructure, emerging technologies, and service delivery landscape
- Ability to apply knowledge in Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Management, Issue Management, and Dependency Management to effectively organise, plan, and lead multiple initiatives at once
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals
- Effective communication skills to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process
- Problem-solving capabilities with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams
