Senior BI Developer (Qlik Sense)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or a related quantitative field provides a solid academic foundation for this role.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or relevant working experience—preferably within the financial industry—ensures you bring practical knowledge to every project.
• Deep expertise in Qlik Sense allows you to design sophisticated dashboards and deliver insightful analytics solutions tailored to user needs.
• Comprehensive understanding or hands-on experience with at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework such as Kanban, SAFe or SCRUM supports effective project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in operating systems as well as relational databases combined with strong SQL and Python skills enables efficient handling of complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability in managing all aspects of data curation, archival processes, analysis techniques, visualisation strategies and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Excellent analytical thinking paired with critical problem-solving abilities ensures challenges are addressed thoughtfully and collaboratively.
• Outstanding communication skills coupled with a team-oriented mindset fosters positive relationships across technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
• Practical experience with cloud technology related to BI, machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI) or other modern data services is highly desirable for future-proofing solutions.
• A good grasp of primary investment performance metrics such as IRR (Internal Rate of Return), TVPI (Total Value Paid In), DPI (Distributions to Paid-In) used in client reporting adds value when working within financial contexts.
