Reporting Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reporting Analyst to join a global leader based in Makati.

What you'll do:

• Deliver accurate and timely operational reports to internal teams and external clients using both manual methods and automated analytics platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Operational Reporting Business Partner team to ensure standardisation and cohesion of reporting processes across the group.
• Support the full end-to-end delivery process from sales through implementation, business-as-usual operations, and project exit phases.
• Work alongside the team lead to enhance the analytical capabilities of the team by sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and main escalation point for reporting issues within your region, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identify data quality issues proactively and collaborate with management reporting and operational teams to monitor, highlight, and resolve these challenges.
• Gather detailed reporting requirements from stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations right from the outset.
• Contribute as an SME on regional projects aimed at developing new reporting solutions or improving existing processes, championing best practice methodologies such as OneSource.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of data handling, upholding information governance standards and adherence to established processes.
• Undertake additional duties as required that align with your skills and contribute positively to the overall success of the operational reporting function.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft’s business intelligence platform Power BI, including proficiency with Power Query and Power Automate for advanced analytics tasks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, enabling you to manipulate large datasets efficiently and produce clear visualisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities that allow you to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with proven experience managing multiple deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy under pressure.
• A genuine passion for analytics and data-driven decision making, evidenced by staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Proven track record as an effective team player who thrives in collaborative settings and contributes positively to group objectives.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with a commitment to upholding data integrity, information governance principles, and process compliance.
• Solid background working in Data/Management Information/Analytics roles within the recruitment industry or similar sectors involving large-scale data flows.
• Understanding of recruitment systems architecture and how data moves from input through analysis stages, including awareness of common challenges encountered along this journey.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert within your region by providing guidance on best practices for reporting delivery and project support.
