• Lead a dedicated team responsible for testing data loads, managing data pipelines, and implementing changes to database schema and common data models to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee the resolution of escalated issues related to the use of the data warehouse or platform, providing expert guidance and support to maintain optimal system performance.
• Develop and implement robust Data Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that uphold high standards of data quality and compliance throughout the organisation.
• Ensure that all business requirements related to data are fully supported by leading architectural strategies and overseeing their successful implementation.
• Drive key programmes and prioritised initiatives in data platform development and governance to achieve strategic roadmap objectives and key performance indicators.
• Foster a strong data-driven culture within the organisation by promoting ownership of data assets and encouraging best practices in data management across all teams.
• Act as the owner of organisational Data Platforms, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to security standards and safeguarding customer information.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at both local and group levels to define and execute the data platform roadmap, regularly reporting on progress against key metrics.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills that foster trustful relationships across diverse groups.
• Strong background in project management as well as process optimisation within complex organisational structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/statistics or business information systems.
• At least ten years’ experience working within IT or data analysis/management roles—including five years in senior leadership positions overseeing data functions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with business data management practices spanning analysis through to implementation of large-scale solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of designing and executing comprehensive data governance programmes using industry-standard methodologies.
• Practical familiarity with business analytics tools or advanced data visualisation software used for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Ability to commute reliably to Makati for onsite work as required under hybrid arrangements (4-5 days per week).
• Authorisation to work in the Philippines along with willingness to undergo background checks as part of pre-employment screening.
