About the Cybersecurity and Network Security Manager Role:
The focus of this role is to be responsible for all preventive aspects of security and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and act as a subject-matter expert in cyber and network security
• Identify and set up security monitoring tools, proactive detection and management of possible security threats
• Perform in-depth monitoring and analysis of malicious files, and backdoor entries to prevent implication on a computer and network environment
• Create automation in order to support, enhance, hasten malware data collection, analysis and operations
• Perform vulnerability and penetration test in all key areas
• Ensure that the company infrastructure is capable of redundancy to minimise operational impact in case of catastrophic failure
• Focus on preventive measures in system and network to lessen the impact of any uneventful crisis in the future

To succeed in this Cybersecurity and Network Security Manager role, you will need to have a strong potential in leading and managing a team, and can act as a subject-matter expert in creating robust cybersecurity processes.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of work experience in cybersecurity and network security role
• High potential to be a leading a team and working with C-level stakeholders; people management experience is highly preferred
• Experienced in implementing security and monitoring tools like SIEM, Web Filtering, 2FA, IDS, DLP, and O365 threat protection
