  • Work on impactful cybersecurity projects aligned with global standards like NIST and ACSC.

  • Collaborate with highly skilled professionals across business, technology, and vendor teams.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be involved in the full range of business analysis activities across large security projects. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex needs into clear requirements and help guide the delivery of effective security solutions. Your strong data analysis skills will help you identify trends, risks, and potential vulnerabilities. You’ll also run workshops, document processes, and maintain clear communication across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather, document, and obtain sign-off for business, functional, and non-functional requirements following PMO and security standards such as E8 and NIST Level 2.
  • Work with business teams, IT, vendors, and offshore groups to assess security options and recommend the best solutions.

  • Collect process information using provided templates and ensure clear documentation throughout the project.
  • Identify issues and risks early and propose practical solutions.

  • Run ad hoc data checks to identify potential security issues and recommend improvements.
  • Support testing activities by preparing test plans for both functional and non-functional requirements when needed.
  • Work with project managers to estimate testing resources, identify dependencies, and flag risks.

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong experience working at the intersection of business analysis and cybersecurity. You should be comfortable with frameworks like NIST and ACSC and have solid experience working in agile environments. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

You should have:

  • At least 7 years of business analysis and data analysis experience in complex environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing security projects (highly desirable).
  • Experience in security-related projects such as IaaS, IAM, PAM, infrastructure security, PaaS/cloud services, or CMDB data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (certifications are a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysing large datasets.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
