About the Senior CRM Marketing Specialist Role:
The focus of this role is to lead the overall technical implementation and strategy of CRM activities and will be directly responsible for overseeing pilots, campaign management, analytics, and user segmentations using SAS 360 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical design and preparation of campaigns and pilots using SAS 360 Campaigns Designer
• Work closely with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on channel expansion, optimisation, and business growth
• Support analytics and business intelligence team in real time data monitoring strategy supervision
• Implement, test, and debug CRM campaigns and strategies development
• Test strategies of global mobile application/mobile app control of BAU for campaigns and strategies related to CRM systems
• Communicate initiatives with global stakeholders and other departments
• Act as a subject-matter expert in the development of campaigns and pilots

To succeed in this Senior CRM Marketing Specialist role, you will need solid experience in the functional development of campaigns and pilots with the use of CRM marketing systems. You should also have the potential and interested in becoming a people leader as the role might further grow in the future.

Key Requirements:

• At least three to five years of proven experience in campaign management using any CRM marketing tool (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketo) having SAS 360 experience is highly desirable
• Experienced in end-to-end functional implementation of digital marketing campaigns using any CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to process, data and system analysis
• Experience and comfort with using and analysing large data sets with basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL/Python is a huge plus
• Expertise in digital/growth marketing within fast-paced and dynamic market environments
• Bachelor's degree
• Industry exposure within financial services is highly desirable
• Some leadership, team management or people management experience is highly desirable
• Must be willing to be fully trained under SAS 360 system
