About the ServiceNow Technical Architect Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions on all levels including implementation of new functionality, integrations, automations, custom application development and orchestration on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architecture design reviews and advisory for ServiceNow projects to ensure adherence to the standards by all ServiceNow developers
• Lead/participate in the assessment of new solutions, technologies, standards, and frameworks
• Lead/coordinate cross-platform operations and proactively analyse technology trends and the business demand to identify upcoming opportunities
• Maintain a high level of expertise through learning, conferences, customer focus groups, etc.
• Continuously improve and promote ServiceNow application life cycle management tools and principles (DevOps, Agile Delivery), promote and govern the Citizen development practices within the ServiceNow platform

The successful ServiceNow Technical Architect is an expert in design and architectural solutions under the ServiceNow platform, and has a good understanding of ITIL or related methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Two to four years of experience as a Solutions Architect under ServiceNow platform
• Solid hands-on development background
• Experience in project implementations and operational support
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
