An exciting Genesys Specialist job opportunity has opened up at a global financial services company.
About the Genesys Specialist Role:
The focus of this role is to be responsible for the effective usage of the applications provided to business teams and end users, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks ensuring that Incidents are effectively resolved, service requests and projects are properly executed and deployed, and coordinated within various departments for all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Genesys applications and systems support/administration in a multicultural environment
- Resolve Genesys production platform incidents
- Manage day-to-day cooperation with various internal departments (development, analysts, testers, infrastructure teams)
- Handle service requests and incident tickets
- Assist Senior Genesys in configuration and development
- Assist Senior Genesys in handling service requests and incidents
To succeed in this Genesys Specialist role, you will need solid experience in configuration with Genesys on-premise, PureConnect and/or PureEngage.
Key Requirements:
- At least two to three years of proven experience in Genesys on-prem configuration
- Experienced in Genesys Pure Connect and Pure Engage
- Working knowledge and experience with Genesys contact centre solution and framework
- Working experience in call recording solutions such as Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and SpeechMiner
- Working knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
- Nice to have: Genesys eServices/Omnichannel (Email/Chat/Social Media), Genesys Infomart (GIM) and SQL Genesys Knowledge Manager and Composer
