SAP SD Lead

One of the largest branded food and beverage companies in the Philippines is looking for an experienced candidate for a SAP SD Lead job.

About the SAP SD Lead Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting group-wide business application solutions with a focus on sales and distribution, particularly sales functionalities with integration to transport management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and work with other sales and logistics team members covering sales, inbound, and outbound logistics
• Capable to provide solutions to complex medium-term (tactical) and operational planning methodologies
• Assume responsibilities including evaluating the effective use of software in the organisation, designing strategic plans to improve the use of software in the organisation, and making business process improvements
• Work with business counterparts to understand their requirements and their incidents/questions to give them timely application support

To succeed in this SAP SD Lead role, you will need a solid functional background in the SAP SD module and good working knowledge in all phases of an implementation project while leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module
• Completed at least one full cycle implementation project (from blueprinting to go-live support)
• Relevant exposure to SAP S4/Hana or previous experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA is highly desirable
• Experience in dealing with key integration areas in procurement, warehouse, and finance
• Equipped with communication skills to handle meetings with cross-functional audiences
• Experienced in leading a team of SAP consultants highly preferred
