SAP QM Lead

One of the largest branded food and beverage companies in the Philippines is looking for an experienced candidate for an SAP QM Lead job.

About the SAP QM Lead Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting group-wide business application solutions with a focus on quality control and analysis across several areas along the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and work with other supply chain team members working in the areas of procurement, production, logistics, and sales
• Perform a variety of activities including process mapping, design, configuration, requirements identification, functional requirements writing, user training, documentation, ongoing maintenance, and enhancements
• Assume responsibilities including evaluating the effective use of software in the organisation, designing strategic plans to improve the use of software in the organisation, and making business process improvements
• Work with Business counterparts to understand their requirements and their incidents/questions to give them timely application support

To succeed in this SAP QM Lead role, you will need a solid functional background in the SAP QM module and good working knowledge in all phases of an implementation project while leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of hands-on experience with SAP QM module
• Completed at least one full cycle implementation project (from blueprinting to go-live support)
• Relevant exposure to SAP S4/Hana or previous experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA is highly desirable
• Experience in dealing with key integration areas in procurement, sales, logistics, and production
• Equipped with communication skills to handle meetings with cross-functional audiences
• Experienced in leading a team of SAP consultants highly preferred
