SAP WM Lead

About the SAP WM Lead Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting group-wide business application solutions with a focus on warehouse management and logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mapping, design, configuration, requirements identification, functional requirements writing, user training, documentation, ongoing maintenance and enhancements
• Evaluate the effective use of software in the organisation, design strategic plans to improve the use of software in the organisation, and make business process improvements
• Provide solutions to complex medium-term (tactical) and operational planning methodologies
• Assume responsibilities including evaluating the effective use of software in the organisation, designing strategic plans to improve the use of software in the organisation, and making business process improvements
• Work with business counterparts to understand their requirements and their incidents/questions to give them timely application support

The successful SAP WM Lead has a good functional background in the SAP WM module and has good working knowledge in all phases of an implementation project while leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of hands-on experience with SAP Modules MM and WM
• Completed at least one full cycle implementation project (from blueprinting to go-live support)
• Relevant exposure to SAP S4/Hana or previous experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA is highly desirable
• Experience in dealing with key integration areas in SAP PP, and SD is preferred
• Equipped with communication skills to handle meetings with cross-functional audiences
• Experience in leading a team of SAP consultants is highly preferred
