About the SAP Product Lifecycle Management/Product Data Management Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for creating market models and forecasts that should be comprehensive and transparent to stakeholders with the right level of details and rationale, so that they can provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved in new projects/major enhancements, and analyse the requests coming from the business expert/team lead. Assist the business expert in the analysis of the feasibility of this business request in the context of the standard application solution:
• Design of business processes
• Configure coordination from external parties, unit testing
• Maintain appropriate documentation
• Define and roll out standards and templates
• Potentially participate in training business community (key users)
• Ensure transfer of knowledge/expertise from external consultants
• Handle application support requests coming from the global service desk, provide application support for both production and development through the resolution of minor and complex incidents and change/service request
• Assist the business/process expert in designing specifications, testing, and implementing business process changes
• Documentation and stewardship
• Maintain up-to-date appropriate documentation in the scope of responsibility including BPMLs, process flows, enterprise structure, and CC operational procedures

The successful SAP Product Lifecycle Management/Product Data Management has good working knowledge in product lifecycle management and has extensive involvement in the overall PLM/PDM implementation process and new product development.

Key Requirements:

• Five or more years of work experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or Product Data Management (PDM) systems or Opentext Media Management (OTMM)
• Business experience in NPD (New Product Development) process or any related area a plus
• Highly involved in the areas of application support, business process design and enterprise business solutions implementation projects
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
