ServiceNow Development Manager

About the ServiceNow Development Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and support of ServiceNow applications in the GBS, finance, HR, and other areas, including administration, integrations, authorisation configuration, unit testing, and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account for technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment in the assigned area
• Ensure consistency and standardisation of the ServiceNow applications in the assigned area
• Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered before go-live
• Provide timely technical support for issue resolution for both project and maintenance modes, including data maintenance and user access administration, and coordinate activities with IT and business teams involved
• Proactively analyse technology trends and JTI business demand to identify potential business opportunities and consult end users on ServiceNow platform capabilities

To succeed in this ServiceNow Development Manager role, you must hold expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, administration, CMDB, service portal, flow designer, development of custom applications, scripting, and have a good understanding of ITIL or related methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Three years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers
• Experience with project implementations and operational support
• Leadership experience is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
