About the Sr. Microsoft Engineer Role:
The Sr. Microsoft Engineer will communicate with the client's business requirements, ETAs and regular updates. This Sr. Microsoft Engineer will handle a pre-project/work-briefing with each client and execute a high degree level of success in integrating and/or solving problems in environments rich in Microsoft Azure resources, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, InTune, Azure network/security, Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, VPNs, Azure firewalls, cloud-based backups and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with customers and potential customers via zoom, MS teams, email, and voice to determine needs and requirements for SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 setup
• Create and deliver SOWs and Project Charters for Microsoft projects and making recommendations based on the knowledge and experience
• Conduct Microsoft migrations, administration, support, and migrate physical servers to cloud-based solutions or alternative cloud-based solutions
• Implement solutions for cloud-based storage that cannot be served by alerting and reporting
• Configure, set up, and support Password Management and MDM software and will deliver services within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The successful Sr. Microsoft Engineer must have proven technical skills in front-line experience and also, must be able to communicate with all parties including end-users, managers, and internal resources as applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Must have at least five years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider
• Must have experience in the usage of ConnectWise and IT Glue
• Must have hands-on experience in Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server Operating Systems, Exchange Server 2003 to 2019, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Accounting Programmes (Quickbooks, Sage, etc), ERP Programmes, Server Virtualisations, Password Management, and Project Planning
