What you'll do:
As a DevOps Engineer, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations. You will be tasked with delivering robust code that meets both quality criteria and project constraints. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to solve problems effectively, while your commitment to high standards will ensure the delivery of top-quality services. What you bring:
The ideal DevOps Engineer will bring a wealth of experience in various technologies including Java, Spring, SpringBoot, and Windows Server. Your knowledge of Message Queue and RESTful API development will be crucial in this role. You'll also have familiarity with Oracle Databases, (PL-)SQL, Flyway/Liquibase, Hibernate, JPA, and experience with Azure DevOps Yaml Pipelines or comparable CI/CD tooling. Your understanding of IT Security Foundations, Public Cloud, Microservice and Cloud Native architecture principles will be highly valued. Experience with Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Foundations is essential. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively through (Plant-) UML and architecture documentation will be key to your success in this role.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, SpringBoot.
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Message Queue.
- Experience in RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with Oracle Databases, (PL-)SQL, Flyway/Liquibase, Hibernate, JPA.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Yaml Pipelines or comparable CI/CD tooling.
- Experience in test automation across the testing pyramid.
- Understanding of IT Security Foundations.
- Experience with Public Cloud.
- Understanding of Microservice and Cloud Native architecture principles.
- Experience with Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Foundations.
- (Plant-) UML, architecture documentation & communication skills.
