What you'll do:

As a Senior Server & Cloud Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining servers both on-premises and cloud-hosted. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to good use as you manage infrastructure in both physical and virtual environments. You'll also have the opportunity to automate repetitive tasks, contributing to a secure, scalable IT foundation.

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining servers on-premises and cloud-hosted
• Maintaining and optimising cloud solutions
• Ensuring our systems' reliability, performance, and security while optimising resource use
• Leading technical conversations with colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders
• Managing infrastructure in both physical and virtual environments
• Automating repetitive tasks

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Server & Cloud Engineer role will bring a wealth of experience in Azure provisioning, configuration, monitoring of Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 (inc. Exchange, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) - System Design and Architecture will be invaluable in this role. Your ability to install and manage Windows server environments will be crucial to your success in this position. Your track record of delivering successful complex medium to large-scale IT projects within scope and on time will set you apart from other candidates.

• Proven experience with Azure - Provisioning, configuring, monitoring Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (inc. Exchange, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) - System Design and Architecture, Deployment and Configuration
• Knowledge of Windows OS (Servers and EUC), Active Directory – Installation, Configuration management of Windows server environments
• Ability to work within a virtual team to achieve customer-centric outcomes.
• Track record of delivering successful complex medium to large-scale IT projects within scope and on time
