What you'll do:

• Champion an 'Everything as Code' culture by implementing infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Architect and implement comprehensive security controls including IAM policies, encryption protocols, and VPC configurations tailored to meet stringent fintech regulatory requirements such as BSP, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Collaborate closely with Information Security and Compliance teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into daily operations and maintain audit-readiness at all times.
• Develop robust disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and incident response systems to guarantee business continuity under any circumstances.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and efficient delivery of backend services as well as infrastructure changes.
• Automate deployment processes along with monitoring and remediation workflows to support zero-downtime deployments and high system availability.
• Monitor system performance proactively using industry-standard tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch to ensure optimal operation.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch for real-time system insights.
