This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about shaping the future of enterprise mobile technology and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. As part of the Interface team under the Infrastructure area, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the organisation’s mobile strategy. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with various IT and business units, and contribute to projects that impact users across multiple regions. The organisation values flexibility, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, offering an inclusive workplace where your expertise will be appreciated and your growth supported.

  • Be at the forefront of mobile technology by researching, evaluating, and implementing new solutions that drive enterprise mobility forward across a global network.
  • Enjoy flexible working opportunities and a culture that encourages knowledge sharing, teamwork, and ongoing professional development through training initiatives.
  • Work closely with diverse teams—including IT, security, and business stakeholders—to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving organisational needs while supporting your own career progression.

What you'll do:

As a Mobility Platforms Engineer based in Taguig, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your technical acumen will directly influence the success of enterprise mobility initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, designing innovative solutions that address real-world challenges faced by end-users, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into existing infrastructures. You will be responsible for not only resolving escalated issues but also proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. By engaging with external partners such as OEMs and software vendors, you will help shape the direction of mobile technology adoption within the organisation. Additionally, your commitment to maintaining detailed documentation and providing training ensures that best practices are shared widely across all locations. Success in this role means being adaptable to changing priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes that support both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic objectives.

  • Develop and maintain current and future enterprise mobile computing technology and infrastructure to ensure robust support for all users.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues arising from both project work and Business as Usual operations, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication with all impacted parties.
  • Collaborate extensively with IT, security, and business areas to understand mobility requirements and implement tailored solutions that address these needs effectively.
  • Engage with device Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and software vendors to stay informed about their strategies for providing enterprise mobility solutions relevant to the organisation.
  • Assist in developing and communicating new mobility service offerings as well as establishing device standards that align with organisational goals.
  • Represent the Interface team on various IT projects and business initiatives, ensuring that mobility considerations are integrated into broader technology strategies.
  • Participate actively in team discussions to build consensus on priorities, processes, standards, and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Research, design, test, and document standards for mobile hardware, software, operating systems, and applications related to Mobility platforms.
  • Test security patches thoroughly before application; communicate results clearly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge repository while updating the incident management system regularly to reflect current best practices and lessons learned.
  • Provide comprehensive training to local offices on how to use, apply, and maintain established standards for mobile devices.

What you bring:

To thrive as a Mobility Platforms Engineer in this environment, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency and interpersonal sensitivity. Your background should include hands-on experience managing smart devices across large-scale environments where reliability is paramount. You are adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions while maintaining open lines of communication with both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders. Your approach is methodical yet flexible; you value accuracy but remain responsive when priorities shift unexpectedly. A collaborative mindset allows you to contribute constructively during team discussions—helping build consensus around new standards or process improvements—while your willingness to share knowledge supports collective growth. Above all else, your dedication ensures timely delivery of high-quality outcomes even when working independently or under pressure.

  • A bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience gained through relevant roles in multinational organisations is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and deploying smart devices such as iOS or Android within a professional setting is highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Technology Stack—particularly client-side components and infrastructure layers—is required to excel in this role.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies along with associated methodologies would be advantageous for candidates seeking to stand out.
  • Holding certifications related to Microsoft platforms for mobile management or other MDM solutions is considered a plus but not mandatory.
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities coupled with diagnostic skills are necessary for identifying root causes of technical issues while collaborating effectively with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills enables you to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital; you should be comfortable liaising at all levels within the organisation as well as acting as an intermediary between legal staff members and technical teams when required.
  • A proven ability to display teamwork by contributing positively within group settings is important for building consensus on key decisions affecting mobility platforms.
  • Willingness to work overtime—including different shifts—and participate in mandatory on-call shift duty demonstrates your commitment to supporting critical business operations.
