RPA Lead

About the RPA Lead Role:
As a RPA Lead, you will take the lead of a team of RPA Engineers and takes responsibility for developing, innovating, and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and guidance to RPA Developers. Keep team engagement, ensure role clarity, and provide leadership direction
• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery which includes gathering of requirements, process mapping, solution design, robot development and post-production support
• Monitoring team performance. Define, drive, and track service level agreements and ensure service delivery is compliant with the agreed/developed SLA’s
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance to governance and processes

To succeed in the RPA Lead job, you must drive the team in identifying improvement areas and develop practical improvement solutions for existing processes/procedures/work instructions, technology, and organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Computer Engineering/Computer Science graduate
• Experienced in managing Robotics Process Automation delivery and operations
• Experienced in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experienced in managing Intelligent Automation delivery and operations
• Experienced in or knowledgeable on Process mining and Task mining tools such as Celonis, Kryon, etc. used for process discovery
• Experienced in or knowledgeable on Low/No code tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, etc. and methods to roll-out organisation-wide
• Knowledgeable of the market trends in this space, moving towards HyperAutomation and how the holistic automation should look like in an organisation
• Passionate for learning and exploring new technologies for the Intelligent toolkit enabling the transition towards HyperAutomation
