About the Technical Lead (Java) Role:
As the Technical Lead (Java), you will manage daily activities of the team, transfer of the technical knowledge to the team, and active work on tasks assigned to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in the tasks together with the team
• Managing daily activities of the assigned team, providing technical training
• Working with the product owners working to understand business requirements and provide the desired business features
• Delivering the assigned task in committed schedule, follow agile best practices
• Coaching team members on soft skills such as time management, communication skills, presentations, and people management

To succeed as the Technical Lead (Java), you must be open and communicative and able to motivate the team with a can-do attitude.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in an IT development role
• Minimum of three years' experience in handling a technical team and/or a technology SME
• Hands-on technical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Java design patterns, application design and microservices architecture, can provide detailed solution and technical training to the team members
• Knowledge of SQL, OpenAPI principals, RESTfull API design, bug-fixing and performance tuning
