What you'll do:

As Head of Software Engineering & Technology, your role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within the technology department.

• Oversee multiple product squads to ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications.
• Drive the growth of the engineering practice by establishing and nurturing guilds, fostering collaboration, and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product and technology roadmaps.
• Provide a holistic view of the overall architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize deployment and scalability.

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience delivering performant code and steering best-in-class implementation.
• Track record in leading development of large scale applications in React.js/ReactNative, Typescript, node.js, ES6+, JS Framework (NestJS/ExpressJS).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in architecting and designing scalable web and mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
