What you'll do:

As the Head of Core Digital and Platform, you will play a crucial role in leading our client's digital transformation initiatives.

• Define and communicate a comprehensive digital strategy that supports business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of core digital platforms.
• Design and oversee the architecture of digital platforms.
• Stay informed about emerging digital trends to drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to gather requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors to enhance platform capabilities.
• Provide guidance to technical teams for successful implementation of platform solutions.
• Engage with executive leadership to communicate platform updates.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform success.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies.

What you bring:

• Master’s or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 15 years proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, platform architecture.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, emerging technologies is advantageous.
